First Come First Serve 2022 - DDA Online Running Scheme

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched its On-line Running Housing Scheme from 12h September 2022 on first come first serve basis, 8530 flats constructed in Narela sub city have been included in this scheme. These include 5850 LIG flats and 2880 EWS flats. However, in the first phase, only 1281 flats have been put on the portal, out of which 509 are LIG and 772 EWS flats. According to DDA, the booking of flats will be completely online.

It is worth noting that the number of these flats included in DDA's housing schemes for 2014, 2017, 2019 and 2021 is more than 8,500. The DDA had sent a proposal to the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Development to come out with a housing scheme on a first-come-first-served scheme to sell these flats. The Ministry has given its approval to this scheme. The location of three towers of Narela has been entered in the first phase of this completely online housing scheme. When it starts getting booked, then more flats of other locations have also been put in it.

How to Apply for Pehle Aao Pehle Pao Scheme DDA 2022

According to officials, the sale of flats in this new scheme will be open to all.
  • In this, any person, institution, state government or department, autonomous institution or any other flat can be purchased. One can also take more than one flat. There is no such condition that one who already has his own house or flat cannot apply.
  • Officials said that after the launch of the scheme, the flat included in it, which Whoever prefers can apply to the DDA and make the prescribed advance payment. After that DDA will issue him a demand note.
  • Under this, the allottee will be given three months to pay the full amount of the flat.
  • On payment of the full amount, a possession letter will be issued by DDA.
  • For booking flats, the booking amount for EWS has been fixed at Rs 10,000 and for LIG at Rs 15,000.
  • The area of ​​LIG flat is 49.90 square meter and the price is Rs 22.80 lakh while the area of ​​EWS flat is 46.71-54.08 square meter and the price is Rs 10.75 to 12.42 lakh.
  • The desirous persons may apply online and will have a choice to book a specific flat on 'First Come First Serve' basis.
